How to Connect Turnigy receiver or Flysky R9b receiver to Pixhawk (Ppm encoder)?

Hi guys!

I am trying to connect one of my radios to Pixhawk but none of them have the ppm output. Does anyone recommend any receiver with a ppm output that works with one of these radios or a ppm encoder I can use?

I use Pixhawk 2.4.8 fc with FS-CT6B transmitter with FS-R6B receiver. due to the ppm conversion i used pixhawk ppm encoder. but it give some signal lagging and wrong signals. i’m unable to attach video so i attach my log files for your confirmation.
