@tridge I uploaded a sbus direct output to the FBL Kbar Tlog, please check!
I had to set BRD_SBUS_OUT = 1 and BRD_SAFETYENABLE = 0 to get signals on the SBUS out of the Pixhawk.However, they can not set the mapping channel pitch channel 6 is locked in the channel, the channel can not be switched to 3 up!
Where i can get this patched version Firmware with swaped channels? I have identical configuration with sk-540 but now connection released with PWM to S.bus convertor, many wires - way to fail.

The problem has been solved, with the help of @ultrafuge,
One of the most important is that before ignoring this one key note:
"Adjust as needed using HS1 / 2/3 / 4_REV = 1 / -1 (1 or -1 to change direction)
DO NOT use the TX to reverse servo direction! "
Now that the problem is solved, I am very happy because it has bothered me for nearly 7 months!
