Discrepancy in EK2_ABIAS_P_NSE default value and max range

The eror exist also in Arducopter.

The default value for EK2_ABIAS_P_NSE is 0.005 while in the description the maximum range is 0.001

Please open an issue on github, or even better provide a PR.

I raised this issue a while ago in copter and never got an answer.
