I don’t really know Copter behavior but looking at your logs this looks like a classic untuned vehicle.
The first thing is that in ATT the Roll vs DesRoll you see two things.
1: the two curves dont match at all. If they were really close just with an offset then It would be “understandable”.
2: you can see the within the Roll curve.

The second thing is that in the PIDR (pid of the Roll axis) the desired value vs the achieved value there is also oscillations.
This looks to me like an undershoot trend.

In the end the outcome is the very sharp oscillations in the rc out channels.

I recommend to read and follow the How to methodically tune (almost) any multicopter using ArduCopter 4.4.x guide. Download the .zip folder with the param files from the guide, edit each file to suit your copter and upload them one by one as you read along. The guide tells you what to do and which file is needed at any given time. Do not skip any steps! Anything that might seem like a shortcut will result in a worse tuned copter in the end.

A lot of problems can be avoided with a methodical aproach to tuning.
