Copter 4.0.4-rc2 used very little trust and went up to 3m height instead of the desired 10m height

I was checking the ardupilot code (as far as I could read), it doesn’t reset the barometer. can I reset the barometer between arming and takeoff by the mavlink message too? should it work?

Hello,

I tried to takeoff the drone with some instructions before. I send a command to reboot the pixhawk and in the boot I send the baro calibration. I wait until the drone is armable and send the takeoff but it couldn’t takeoff again. Here’s my log of that flight.
