Hello Dear!
I have the same problem, but on WINDOWS 10 and APM2.O / MISSION PLANNER 1.3.51 (latest).
On my telemetry, the green light is solid (connected) and red light is bliking.
Have you fixed your problem?

Do you think that the problem is on telemetry?

The PR is already merged - so you should be able to build using the Vagrantfile now
