How do you configure outputs on pixhawk

I am trying to fire up the aux1 and 2 outputs to give a signal to my 2 axis gimbal, but i am getting nowhere.
What do i have to go to in Mission Planner, in order to configure the Pixhawk, also is it possible to run a 2 axis gimbal direct from the pixhawk, as i am blowing control boards for fun?

You’re not specific on the type and how you’re trying to control the gimbal, but if you follow the wiki here everything should be fine
