I have the Ph2.1 along with an Edison board flashed with apsync.
Everything works fine and I can seamlessly connect to MP and Tower via UDP.
In order to use the wifi connection in parallel to my 2.4 RC controller, I would like to change the Edison wifi settings to 5.4 GHz only.
How can I do that?

I just checked with a wifi analyzer, with Apsync installed the Edison only broadcasts on 2.4 band.
In order to use it in parallel to a 2.4 RC transmission, it would be useful to configure it for 5GHz.

Nope. Its baked into the code unfortunately.
I am using Apsync on 2.4 successfully along with my 2.4 Rc Tx. So far no issues or conflicts within LOS flying.
