is it necessary to mount the APM 2.8 on the Anti Vibration board when using in a Fix wing
It is highly recommended unless you have an unusually smooth power train.
Not needed for most fixed wings. I’ve never used one on any of my fixed wing birds. I just balance my prop. Even the planes that give me CMOS jello don’t have a problem with vibration for the apm.
