With high vibration levels Autotune failed on Roll

Have executed Autotune for the first time… My copter appears to fly well with the default settings, but I would like to improve its performance further. But it failed.
It ran Roll approximately 7-8 minutes before I canceled it to land. I know it has significant vibration. Could this be an issue in this situation??

Yes, your vibrations, especially in Y are way too high. Z looks ok, X is tad bit high.
