Why does it keep getting parameters?

I compiled the firmware according to the tutorial “https://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/sim-on-hardware.html” and flashed it to the Pixhawks development board, then used MissionPlanner to connect to the board, it keeps showing that it is getting parameters!

It needs to get the parameters, but it should only take 10 seconds to do so.

But in fact it shows that it keeps getting parameters and cannot establish a connection!
