Which firmware for SpeedyBee f4 v3

When I go to download firmware it has 3 choices for SpeedyBee f4 v3.Im looking at copter 4.56 stable.
Can I use SpeedyBee f4 v3 Wing for copter?
Thanks.

The 4.6.0-Dev version supports bdshot (arducopter-dbshot) on Speedybeev3-wing

Thanks I’ll give it a try.

How do I download and install on SpeedyBee f4 v3? Thanks again.

https://firmware.ardupilot.org/Copter/latest/SpeedyBeeF405WING-bdshot/

But it is not available yet. Maybee open a bug, or wait a couple of days.

ArduPilot firmware : /Copter/latest/SpeedyBeeF405WING does exist but has no bdshot support

Upload the .apj file to the flight controller

It loaded firmware onto speedybee but says config error BARO driver not installed.

Go here and download the .apj file and then use Mission planners “load custom firmware” to flash it. Current Stable version:
SB F4V3

Is the README.me file wrong about Bdshot support?
Channels 1-4 support bi-directional DShot.

Tried loading SB F4V3. no good would not load that firmware.
I dont know if it matters but nothing is connected to the speedybee but the esc board.

That does not matter. Good luck with the Speedybee board.

Thanks Dave.I will try something else.

Good choice. The SpeedyBee FC’s generate more posts on the forum with issues than most FC’s.

What stack would be better?
Thanks.

For a 30x30 I would use a Matek H743 slim and whatever 4-in 1 you like with the same footprint. A BLHeli_S unit would be the most cost effective as BLHeli_32 is toast.

Thanks Dave, I will give it a try.
