We had a situation with a flight that lasted for 12 hours, the log that we downloaded was 2GB, Card capacity is 32GB. Afrer the flight we had a discussion on what would happen if the SDCard runs out of storage after many more flights and logs that are around 2, 3GB big? Will the Cube override the older logs in order to free up space for new logs to save, or it just won’t arm the Copter because the storage is full?
You would need to have you own log management process. Maybe include rotation of SD cards.
Some jurisdictions require logs to be kept long term, not necessarily in the aircraft.

There’s an issue crested already

Thanks Shawn.
So basically we have to set the parameters to override the logs and limit their file size.
We usually fly with 32GB SDCards, so the plan is to limit them to 1GB, and that way when we override the first log, we override only 1GB worth of logs.
If I understood the thread above correctly.
Appreciated
If tuning is excellent and reliability is high, you might be able to reduce logging too
