What cables work for 3DR GPS/Compass to APM 2.0?

I have an APM 2.0 board that currently connects to the external UBlox gps with a 6 pin cable with white connectors. The new module came with a 5 wire cable with a tan connector. Also, the compass has a tan 4 wire connector that does not fit the white 4 wire input on the apm 2.0
What are the correct cables I should order to connect the 3DR gps module to the APM2.0?

There are no cables for the ublox with compass for the APM 2.0 at the store, but maybe you can build your owns with your old and new cables, here is the pin-out:

Do you know if the pinout on the APM 2.6 board identical to that of the 2.0?
