I need some help understanding why the VTOL(3.5m wingspan) loosing altitude after a successuful transition.

The elevations for all the waypoints were set to absolute. Once the take off was completed and the plane was on it’s way to waypoint 2 it was descending down to a height that was very close to the ground.
Change the altitude Frame in the mission from absolute to relative or terrain. Make sure you change each waypoint.
