VTOL Flips After Successful Transition to Fixed Wing

Hello Team,

We tested a custom VTOL aircraft (2.5 m wingspan) using a Cube Orange+ with ArduPlane 4.6.3.
AUTO VTOL takeoff was successful.

Transition to fixed-wing mode completed successfully.

Immediately after transition, the aircraft started flipping uncontrollably and rotating continuously.

The aircraft could not recover and eventually crashed.

Can you help me with the log analysis.

Have you verified control surface deflection direction in stabilized and manual mode?

I am not very experienced in interpreting log files.
To me, it looks as though the aircraft was steered into an excessively steep climb at the end of the transition, resulting in a stall. This was followed by a flat spin—a situation that is dangerous, at least for conventional aircraft.
Why wasn’t an attempt made to switch to quad mode?
