VTOL crash after transition to FBWA

I have built a Titan Dynamics Viper tilt rotor and yesterday I did two hover flights in QSTAB mode and the VTOL looked good and stable. I was using FPV to get the view through the goggles. Today the weather was calm so I decide to try a transition to FBWA it seemed to go ok showing transition to FBWA then it just peeled over and crashed into the ground. Some months back I did a line of site flight and it transitioned ok. It zoomed up a bit then flew ok until I transitioned again it zoomed up a bit. I slowly reduced throttle and land ok. I don’t know what or where to look for that would have caused the crash. Any advice would be appreciated.

Further to above (don’t know how to edit post) I have been looking through the bin file of the flight trying to decipher why the VTOL crashed. I have a tri set up with two tilt motors and the one fixed at the tail. I am using a matek f405 F/C flashed with the latest firmware. The ESC is a T MotorF66a 4in1. After looking through the data trying to see if something was set up wrong as I hadn’t changed anything from when I first test flew the plane other than updating to the latest firmware. I saw the RCout for the motors was different (if I am reading things correctly) the tilt motors look close but the tail motor shows that is speeding up. From people observed and from the video this appears to have happened in flight lifting the tail pushing the vtol over into a bunt.
Could someone help and advise if this is what the data shows and more important what could have caused this.
Any help to point me in the write direction would be appreciated before I commence a rebuild.

Hey I know i am a bit late, any luck with this?
