Voltage Readings Suddenly Way too Low

I have a 4s battery that reads way too low, at <3v: https://paste.c-net.org/HusbandFilth

However during testing it read fine, >16v: https://paste.c-net.org/RailroadRegistry

I think I figured it out. Bad instructions. Need to choose option 0 for the last dropdown.
