Hello everyone. I’m facing some issues while tuning my 7-inch quad. When flying without payload, the vibration levels usually stay below 30, but after adding payload, the vibration increases significantly. This sometimes leads to poor positioning accuracy, such as the compass drifting or spinning continuously.
With no payload, the motor outputs are relatively smooth, but once payload is added, the vibration seems to increase and the motor output becomes noticeably worse.
Setup:
• Frame: H-frame
• Motors: 2807 1200KV
• Props: 7×4×3
• Battery: 5000mAh LiPo
Here are the logs:
- log27: no payload
- log28: slightly increased weight
- log29: full payload
- log30/31: slightly increased weight again
Additional notes:
Due to the frame design, I must use the H-frame configuration, and the ESC signals have to be connected to AUX1–4 instead of MAIN1–4.
How can I resolve the vibration issue?
Based on the logs, do I need to retune after adding payload, or am I missing something important?
