Using RC switch for LED light bar

I have a Elechawk RC Swtich (RC Remote Controlled AUX on/Off Electronic Switch Relay for Car Truck Boat LED Light Drone (4A) : Amazon.co.uk: Toys & Games) on Matek H743-MINI using RX7 and TX16s channel 7, if I set servo-func 7 RCN7 I can see the signal working in MP but can’t get the RC Switch to work, works fine on standard receiver so switch is not faulty.
To know if the RC switch is working, it would have solid red light on when LED is working, if the RC switch is not working it’s a fast flashing red light.
Any ideas what I would need to do to get it working, I have tried many ideas from searches on here.

So, on Mission Planners Status screen (below the HUD) ch7in and ch7out go high when you flip the Tx switch?

In the setup screen, servo output it’s working, when I go to Data screen, servo/relay there staying green, assuming this is where you mean, it’s been along time since I last used MP so feel I’m having to start again.

One of two things is likely happening:

It’s wired improperly. Check wire order and power requirements.

OR

It does not respond to 3.3V logic and is incompatible with autopilot signal output.

Status Screen. But from what you are describing it’s configured correctly.

The boards pad for RX7 is 5v, maybe I need to find another power sauce.

Thanks, yea it is working when switching, double checked and im plugged in to the correct RX7 on the board.

Guess you need a lower volt logic level switch as @Yuri_Rage suggested.

Okay, thank you least I know it’s not MP.

It would never have been Mission Planner. MP is just a way to interactively display what’s happening with the hardware.

Hopefully this one will work (EMSea 2pcs 2A High Current Remote Control Electronic Switch 3-5V Low Voltage Version Aerial Protection for RC Drone Water Pump PWM Signal Control: Amazon.co.uk: Toys & Games) The 2A High Current Remote Control Electronic Switch(3-5V Low Voltage)

This is a weird statement.

Confirm you have the white wire soldered to S7, the red wire soldered to any pad labeled either 5V or 4v5, and the black wire to a ground pad?

RX7 is a serial port and has nothing to do with servo output.

Oh blimey why am I thinking RX7 when all my other servos are connected to the ‘S’, I’ll go and redo it, thank you
