Using a HERE+ GPS on a Pixhawk 1 with Arduplane

So this is probably 2 questions:

  1. Will a HERE+ GPS work on a Pixhawk 1? ( I think it will)

  2. Can Arduplane 3.7 use the HERE+ GPS?

  1. Yes, you will just need to make or purchase the appropriate cabling.

  2. It will work as a GPS, however the RTK data injection doesn’t work with Plane 3.7, if you use any of the recent plane 3.8 beta’s it will work though.

I probably wasn’t clear, or messed the name up, but not the RTK version. Good to know RTK is coming in 3.8, cause in a future build I will want it, but this build is just a fun FPV bird.

Here+ is the RTK capable unit, but you can of course use it without using the RTK features :slight_smile: If that is your intended use case you should have no problem with Plane 3.7

I guess the proper name for the non RTK unit is just “Here” GPS? That is the one I would probably use.
