Using a 2.4 GHz Transmitter and Receiver with APM 2.8

For a research project we are trying to get two drones to communicate with each other. Essentially they would receive and transmit each others’ GPS and Kinematic data. We are planning to use a nRF24L01+ 2.4GHz Wireless Transceiver. … mitter+2.4

We would like to know if it is possible for this to work with the APM board and if so how would we connect it and code for it. If it cannot be used, what is another way we could get the two drones to communicate. Any help is appreciated. And if you are wondering, we hope to simulate a collision avoidance system using the V2V communication between the drones.
