Hi all, I’m building a quadplane with V-tail and I have trouble with yaw authority in hover. I want to use the rudder in QStabilitze and QLoiter to help keep the nose aligned into the wind. Right now, the rudder only moves when switching to a Plane mode, e.g. Stabilize or FBWA. An option might be to link this to Q_VFWD_GAIN, which uses the forward propeller to compensate for hover drift, but that might be too complicated.
Where should I get started to implement this? Has anyone done this already?
