My wpa_supplicant file keeps blanking itself.
I even tried re-writing it from scratch and saving it.
Why is this happening??? I cant fly without it connecting to tower for auto missions x.x
also, what are the complete contempts of the file?

Quick fix: chmod 600 wpa_supplicant.conf

Possibly being rewritten by networkmanager. After the chmod whatever
starts spewing errors was the one doing the deed 
also, what are the complete contempts of the file?
It varies.
If you mean /boot/wpa_supplicant.conf, raspbian automatically moves this to /etc/wpa_supplicant on boot so it will ‘disappear’. This is a good thing 
It doesn’t actually do anything in /boot, it is read form /etc/wpa_supplicant.
