I recently bought a crossflight flight controller and used it in my ardupilot Quadcopter. Drone is working well , all flight modes are perfect but I am not able to figure out why my servo motor isn’t responding to transmitter switches. I connected servo to pin6 of flight controller and mapped the servo6_function=56 , which is RCiN6. Also I tried connecting it to recieve ch6 but it didnt worked then also ,but when I switched the transmitter’s ppm output to pwm and connected servo to reciever ch6 , it worked fine , but since flight controller works on ppm , kindly please help me rotate my servo from transmitter. I need the solution as soon as possible as it’s very urgent for my project.
That and other Radiolink hardware is unsupported by Ardupilot. They are bad actors with respect to the GPLv3 license :
Radiolink Unsupported
Normally in a situation like yours we would look at the Hwdef file for the description of the output timing groups. But, no such file exist as it’s not supported. You bought the wrong Flight Controller to use Arducopter. Try Radiolink support. If it exists…
Recently when grepping GitHub for Ardupilot adjacent projects I found repository referencing Crossflight.
PS moved to Unsupported Hardware.
