Unable to delete 'crash_dump.bin'

I just flashed the new firmware ‘ArduCopter V4.6.0’ on my ‘MatekH743’ and I am sharing all system details below.

IMU0: fast sampling enabled 8.0kHz/2.0kHz
RCOut: DS1200:1-4 PWM:5-12 NeoP:13
MatekH743-bdshot 003D002C 32305119 33313932
ChibiOS: 88b84600
ArduCopter V4.6.0 (9cc2b9d5)
Frame: QUAD/BF_X

Since the drone had previously crashed, it created a file named ‘crash_dump.bin’. After about a month, I decided to start fresh — I freshly installed the firmware and completed both the mandatory and optional setups. However, I am now getting the error:
‘PreArm: CrashDump data detected’.

I do not wish to analyze the previous crash data and want to start clean. I tried deleting the ‘crash_dump.bin’ file via:
Mission Planner → Config → MAVFTP → crash_dump.bin, but I encountered the following error:
‘There was an unexpected error (Failed to OpenFikCmdRernoveFile kErrFailErrno 0)’.

For reference I have uploaded ‘crash_dump.bin’

I am completely stuck and unable to proceed."
