Unable to arm my hexarotor after updating to 4.6.3

My 550 size hexarotor using a Matek H743MINI board has flown for a while on older Ardupilot versions, but won’t arm now that I’ve updated it to V4.6.3. So I then started the configuration from scratch, but I still can’t arm it. All stages of the confiurations appeared to complete correctly, and in MP it’s responding correctly to Tx inputs regarding arming and flight mode changes. For the past two or three years everything has just worked, so I’m a bit rusty on setup and configuration. So could someone please look at my config and log files and see what the problem might be.

Param file: 02-03-26 New setup after V4.6.3 update.param (21.6 KB)

Recalibrate your remote RC and check RC3_TRIM value. You better start with AMC if you start from scratch.

What did you have for FS_THR_VALE before you updated? Surely you saved the parameters file before updating. For future reference Pre-arm check messages and their definations can be found here Pre arm safety checks

The default value that you have should work based on your log but I have had to lower it a bit in some cases.

Thanks guys. I did save the previous param files, so installing the last one has got it working again. Don’t know why I was unable to arm yesterday – probably just old age (mine!).
