I have a **HGLRC M100 Pro GPS Module with a ublox B101 chip. I can get a 3d fix but is still gives me this error “**GPS 1 still configuring this GPS”. Its a cheap gps chip that I was hoping to get working with ardupilot. I tried 4.6.3 and 4.7 dev firmware with no change.

A ublox NORA B101 chip is a wifi chip but not a GPS chip.
Your cheap GPS is using some low cost clone chip which is probably not 100% compatible to original ublox. Disable GPS auto configuration
