Is u-blox M10 suited to get rtk (ntrip) correction on Mission Planner?

No. Use search here for “budget RTK” for some additional info. Some (most/all) of these are poor performers.

I have tested my u-blox M-10 with ntrip RTK, Mission Planner showed dgps fix type.

I don’t think any of the M10 series support RTCM3 corrections. DGPS is possible without external corrections (likely via SBAS), as you observed.
