I want to use a can-based rangefinder sensor and can-based GPS using the same port.
I have a CAN hub that can connect 4 can-based sensors.
How can I use both using the same port as both have different protocols?
means gps (UAVCAN) and rangefinder (USD1).
If they use the same protocol but different addresses, yes you can connect them on the same CAN port.
If they use two different protocols you need to use two different CAN ports.
