Tweaking servo range?

I just set up my first Ardupilot fixed wing, and everything works well as far as I can tell, except the elevon servos. Instead of anything close to the 180 degree range the servos have, Ardupilot only uses around 40 degrees, making the elevons move too little. This happens even in manual mode, and the radio is properly calibrated.

How can I adjust the servo range? I’ve gone through all the docs but I’ve yet to find a way…
