Trigger RTL when wind velocity is high

High wind speed trigger rtl option in ardupilot using mission planner
which param should be enable?

  1. You need to enable copter wind speed estimate.
  2. SCR_ENABLE=1 and install appropriate script that will command RTL if estimated wind magnitude exceeds the threshold. There may be one on the forum or GitHub as the subject was raised before. If it isn’t there you will have to write one yourself
