Tracker-4.7.0-beta2 has been released for beta testing and can be downloaded using Mission Planner, QGC or directly downloaded from firmware.ardupilot.org.

As per previously releases there should be no need to backup and restore parameters as part of the upgrade. This should all be handled automatically.
