I use the I2C Display feature to check basic Tracker status without having to connect a Ground Station. The current release of Tracker 4.5.6 is missing the NTF_DISPLAY_TYPE parameter.
The Custom Firmware Builder appears to have a bug where “TRACKER” is not defined, so my attempt to build a custom version of Tracker with I2C Display support fails. Has anybody else experienced this problem?
I use the display feature too and I have experienced the same problem.
The I2C Displays feature is not included by default(at least with my FC) so I have used The Custom Firmware Builder to add that feature, but for the past several weeks the Custom Firmware Builder hasn’t worked and the build fails every time.
On another note, I wish the ‘ARMED!’ message on the display could be turned off, because it’s there all the time and ends up making the display feature useless.
I tried the Custom Builder for Tracker on SpeedybeeF405 Wing and Pixhawk1. Both failed with the “tracker not defined” error. Hopefully someone from the build team will have a look soon.
