Tilt Rotor VTOL Loss of Control and Crash

Model is a tilt rotor Y frame (ZOHD Altus). Stable in QLOITER and QHOVER. Transition to FBWB seemed to go well, then the model snap rolled to the right. I immediately selected a Q mode and seemed to have regained stability when it rolled right again and crashed. I recovered the pieces and would like to diagnose the issue before repairing and trying again. My best guess is momentary loss of power to the right motor due to wiring, but would like to find some data that confirms the hypothesis.

I could imagine that the roll servos are moving the ailerons in the wrong direction. See: Starting up and calibrating Plane — Plane documentation

However, this is just a guess. Without a log file, it is difficult to be sure.
