Throttle status error

I am currently experimenting with autopilot for a water boat using Arudupilot, Mission Planner, and Pixhauk.

I was able to manually operate the boat using the controller.
However, I am having trouble with an issue where I cannot operate the boat manually when the throttle is on.

I have attached the parameters, so I would appreciate some advice. Please help…

Probably because you have passthru configured for Servo output instead of Throttle. Hence the error. Describe the type of boat, power and steering.

The boat is an RC boat, powered by a motor and steered by a rudder.

I have checked the pass-through settings in Mission Planner, but the problem persists.

The safety display appears when the throttle is on, and I would like to know how to disable the safety.
