There was an unintentional mode change during the mission flight.
The aircraft was hovering in AUTO mode, and it was changed to ALTHOLD mode without RC control, and the aircraft moved.
This has happened a few times and I’m curious as to why this is happening.

without the .bin file I can only speculate that your RC transmitter or receiver are providing output glitches.

I think you are right.
There seems to be a hardware problem.
