The PWM outputs are not working with arducopter firmware on Pixhawk hardware

I have installed the arducopter firmware on the pixhawk hardware through QGC and i calibrated all the sensors and RC. I am able to arm and disarm the board. But i am not getting the PWM outputs for the ESCs. I have connected DSO to the output pins and checked the value, it shows continuous 3.3V output.
Through the nuttx i have checked the running process, it don’t show px4io running . I even tried installing through mission planner the problem is still not resolved. Can someone help me with this issue?
