The drone took off and flew like crazy.

Z axis vibrations are too high
Motor Outputs are all over the place
Remember to mention as much information as you can when you post a log
FC, Propeller size, Motors, ESC, etc etc, all that basic stuff
Why not using EKF3?
Flash latest firmware and reset params to default and start from scratch

You are on default parameters, you are using an old version of firmware and likely the wrong one (fmuv3). If you have battery logging configured correctly voltage was down to 6.5V.
