Hello,
I decided to work on a project again that I started last year with an f405 wing FC and the mRo SiK Telemetry radios. Mission Planner connected fine of the firmware that was on both the board and my mission planner. I decided to update the rover firmware to 4.5.7. Golden, everything worked well and I played around with some stuff for a bit.
Then today I got the pop up to update mission planner(1.3.82) so I said sure go for it. After updating however, mission planner will not connect to the FC.
The telemetry radios are communicating well and based on this screen, mission planner is reading the telemetry data through the usb port.
However when I set my com port and baud to 57600, it just times out the trying to connect screen.
Any help is appreciated! This is probably something simple I am overlooking but I don’t understand what changed when I updated mission planner.

I had a similar issue when using USB-C on my Pixhawk and USB-C on my computer (MP). Switched to USB-A on the computer and all was good/well in the forest…
I’m not familiar with your setup, but cables are my goto as a first in the easter egg hunt…

Also, I thought firmware updates weren’t allowed when mavlink connected? Really - new territory for me…
Thanks for the thoughts! I did the firmware update using a cable to the board directly so not over mavlink.
Another thought I had was when I select auto for the ports, it just sits there on a screen that says looking for ports. Do I need to update my drivers or something? It appears in my device manager but maybe isn’t working 100%. But that doesn’t explain how I was still able to read the telemetry settings data. Unsure still.
