Teacher/Mentor AP AND AC

I need someone to teach me from A-Z, on how to use mission planner, how to set parameters, how to tune arduplane or arducopter from scratch, i understand theres alot of docs and help on this community but i need a teacher 1 on 1 to show me everything from scratch.

i can pay by the hour or salary or from A-Z.

I do understand the difficulty in the learning curve as I too have only just recently built my very first drone using ArduPilot but I really can’t overstate the importance of learning by yourself and reading all the docs. There are great insights you can learn by reading learning to navigate the docs.

Also there’s this official tool called Ardupilot Methodic Configurator which I think is more suited for starting and the docs they provide nicely supplements and also gives a slightly different perspective on the official docs.

What I’m trying to say is it’s better in the medium-long run to learn stuff yourself because

a) you save money

b) If you put in the work now and learn to navigate the docs and glean some important insights, you’ll have a much easier time if something goes wrong later

Yes exactly

As @StrikeEagle said, by learning Yourself, The ability you develop to research for Things, exploring possibilities, is crucial for developing new ideas and Broad understanding of the topic.

Even I am an intermediate-beginner and the Many wise people here many times recommended me to Go through docs and wiki.

At first, I found that boring and uninteresting, So initially I avoided that. But sometimes While facing build problems, in random Google searches, I came across The wiki pages and I got amazed everytime by the amount of knowledge available there, covering all topics, which could be left uncovered in a 1 on 1 class.

And as also said, @amilcarlucas sir did a great work by making the AMC (Ardupilot Methodic Configurator) which covers everything to Settle you up. Even I am going through it currently in my latest drone build (My 2nd Quad, But 1st quad with advanced H7 stuff…)

I disagree that self-learning is always best. It’s maybe best if you have time, patience, and some technical aptitude. Certainly self-learning is rewarding.

However, if you value your time in terms of money, paying for a mentor can make a lot of sense, saving significant time and frustration. A mentor can also prevent potential catastrophes that can be costly on their own.

Unfortunately, I probably do not have the time to take on a student, but I know there are others who can provide this service.

You are at least 1000X better off being taught by somebody who knows what they are doing than trying to learn from other people who are also stumbling around. There is a LOT of misinformation in our forums.
One of the challenges is that the people who really know what they are doing are too busy.
Start with our wiki and there a couple of training centers

and commercial support companies, although this list is terribly out of date. At least half of these companies are no longer around.

I’m mentioning him. He’s learning fast.
