TAROT 650 with pixhawk 2.4.8

so after long time i am want to build this drone, have parts for it like 3 years.
TAROT 650 frame
TAROT MT4008 motors
HOBYWING xRotor pro 40A esc.
Pixhawk 2.4.8 FC.
years ago build the same with no issues and with two gps modules.
now i dont know what happening, at all if i try to build something not with holybro FC, everything always goes wrong.
so here is two logs from my build. thanks in advance.

Tomorrow I will be attempting a flight.

But right now the EKF is constantly red, and there was a “trust loss” issue, but it seems to have disappeared, so I’m not really sure if everything somehow miraculously resolved itself or not. I recalibrated the ESC, selected the PWM range, and it seems like everything is working for now. I’ll update after the flight tomorro

After an unsuccessful liftoff, the quadcopter tilts to one side or the other inconsistently. There are no error messages, and I have no idea what’s wrong. I’ve checked the logs myself and found a couple of errors that I don’t understand and don’t know what might be causing them. Could you help me figure it out, or should I consider replacing the flight controller altogether?

Not the first time, but lately, the things havent been going well, i failed with cuav c5+… and I don’t know why or what I’m doing wrong. Three years ago, I bought the parts, made one myself with two GPS units, and now I’ve found these parts, so I decided to assemble them. The configuration sequence is the same as always: frame, accelerometer calibration, compass calibration, radio setup, ESC calibration, battery monitor, and finally propeller size.

My advice is to look at the videos and follow them to correct configuration errors.

Or wait that someone else looks at your logs. I am busy looking at logs of users and clients that use the ArduPilot methodic configurator software.
