Tablet to transmitter

Not sure if this is a very silly question… Are there any transmitter/radios where one can attach a tablet running QGC? Like the DJI style of attaching your device to the transmitter?

I understand that the Herelink or SIYI transmitters are running QGC, I would like to see if there is a cheaper option.

TIA

With an android tablet you can run QGC or Mission Planner. An OTG cable/adapter will let you plug in a SiK radio. It works, and it’s probably one of the cheaper ways to do it. Not as packaged as DJI, but depending on what you’re looking for that can be a good thing.

I do exactly that using the SIYI MK15.
I run the SIYI FPV app on the MK15 and QGC on a 8" tablet, connected via Bluetooth and WiFi.

Thank you both,
So I could use my little Taranis as the primary control transmitter, and the SiK radio with live view, position, etc. in QGC.
Mission plan would be preloaded onto the FC, we would launch manually using the Taranis, then switch into auto mode and let the mission run, then return to launch under manual control using the Taranis again.
