Hello guys, I have practical question about big cell number, I looking at motors and its 24s, how to make pdb and etc 24s? Maybe some Ideas? Maybe someone has it? It would be great? Everytime with bigger S i put battery and it always sparking. How to fix this problem ?
If sparks occur when plugging in the battery connectors, this indicates that a high current is already being drawn. This is due to large capacitors connected to the input voltages of the modules/ESCs that are not switched off. To charge these capacitors more slowly, one could, in principle, first connect them via a suitable series resistor and then, once the capacitors are charged, short-circuit this resistor to power the motors. However, with the high DC voltage of a 24S Li-ion battery and its corresponding energy density, this is no longer a matter for simple DIY projects. DC voltage in this range is already lethal to humans.
I wondering if there is a way to make from 4 6s batteries, how it should look like, I use tattu 6s 30000mah batteries.
Or even how PDB should look like with all laws, Atleast 18S would be good too
You can connect 4 6S batteries in series to built a 24S batterie but the problem is the same.
Also with a simple PDB the problem exists.
