Stability issue of Hybrid H Frame

Hello I have build hybrid H frame with 1.3 mm carbon fiber plates and arms are made up of petg+cf 3d printing material.
Propulsion: iflight xing 1300kv bldc
Batterey: 4 cell solid state 15C 6750mAH
Propeller: 8*4.5
Controller: Pix Hawk Cube orange
Gps: HERE3+



Now i have tuned my copter repeatedly but every time it is not acceptable tune i have tried it with different aggressions also (0.05.0.075,0.1). By some reason my frame is having very high frequency oscillations. Some issues i think probably leading to this behaviour is by some reason my notch frequency is sometimes changing between 111 to 113 and some time i am having double notch amplitude at 88hz also may be setting this up effect performance significantly. Other than that my flight controller is mounted in such a way it has no support under it’s plate but i don’t think so it is much of a problem for me because vibrations are under 15m/s^2 in Z axis and 10m/s^2 in x or y axis. I guess i am getting missed on some parameters so if I can get any help it will be really grateful. I am attaching my log file below which is a hover testing flight than auto tuning and than again testing on new PIDs.
