Does someone know the actual accuracy of the srtm data in the new Mission Planner firmware - 1.62?
'Cause I see there is a big difference (9 Meters in some areas) from 1.52.10 firmware and I want to know if I can trust the new firmware for Terrain following flights in inclined areas.
If someone has a better solution for accurate terrain following flight I’ll be glad to hear.
I fly the drone in California and Brasil, in very sloped areas that can be dangerous if the drone will not follow the terrain elevation correctly.
