Specifically, they are all cheap clones of a dated design. Quality and hardware are both questionable, and failure modes likely abundant. You have to guess as to which firmware target will work. Pixhawk1 usually does. If not, maybe Pixhawk1-1M because flash was misrepresented or missing. Or fmuv3. Or fmuv2. The connectors are terrible. The usual host of peripheral hardware provided only adds to the junk pile.
Can it work? Yes
Should you use it? No - there are better choices even at the lowest of price points
