Siyi ZR10 Not turning left (negative yaw) or down (negative pitch)

Hi everyone,
I’m an owner of the Siyi ZR10 optical pod (https://siyi.biz/en/index.php?id=27).

The Firmware of the gimbal and zoom is up to date which could be seen from the screenshot.

The gimbal is connected with the flight controller in accordance with the instructions, however gimbal does not rotate to the negative axis but only to the positive. e.g. yaw only right and pitch only up.

Also i can see that I can successfully change the MNT1_RC_RATE in Ardupilot and all works as expected, however when I attempt to change MNT1 MAX/MIN angles, these settings are not taken into account.

If anyone has experienced anything similar, please, suggest how can I fix that.

The problem was fixed, as I identified that the RC TRIM was 999.
After I set the RC TRIMs accordingly in the middle of the range, everything worked well.
