I just ordered the MK32. I also purchased the A8 gimbal camera. Both will arrive in the next few days. I am new to building drones. Professionally, I am an automation/PLC logic engineering tech. I hope my industrial automation experience will aid me in setting up and building my first build which is a Tarot 680 Pro. I plan to document portions of the build along with any knowledge I gain with integrating the SIYI MK32/HM30/A8 into my build. I will be sure to post my experiences. Maybe this will help you make an informed decision if the SIYI system is right for you.

You can purchase JST type connector kits from many online sources and make your own cable in any configuration you want as long as you have the pinout.
It seems the SIYI repeater unit placed midway between your maximum desired distance and your transmitter would solve the issue. Of course, you have to physically get the repeater to the midway point. In a mountainous terrain this could prove challenging.

Yesterday I installed the newest version of the UniGCS app (v1.0.0) on the MK32 to test i out. By doing so, the regular Siyi TX app is gone from the app list and cannot be opened anymore. I then have to use the UniGCS to administrate the TX settings and I don’t like it. One thing is that it always default back to UDP (datalink). This is quite annoying as I often use Usb C to the windows laptop running MP or QGC. It is not possible to uninstall the UniGCS app. When trying to reinstall the latest version of the Siyi TX app (latest version v1.1.256) it asks if i want to update the installed version. When I say “yes” it fails the update/install. All FW on the system are the latest. I would like to go back to using the Siyi TX app and disable the UniGCS app. Please advice.
