Siyi firmware upgrade issue

I was trying to upgrade the firmware on my Siyi MK32 Ground Unit through the instructions in the manual. Once i browsed for the file in the Siyi Assistant software and clicked to start the upgrade my PC crashed and was totally unresponsive. And so was the Mk32 ground unit.

So having no other options i had to force shutdown both.

My PC restarted as usual but Mk32 ground unit won’t start and the lights just keep flashing.

Now when i run the siyi assistant on my pc and connect the mk32 unit to the pc via type c the pc screen goes black directly.
What should i do?

One thing to note: when i press the power button on my mk32 ground unit. The led starts to flash (red, yellow, green) which in their manual states that the firmware is being updated. But i am not sure if the firmware is actually being updated.
